Annual Dues and Special Assessment

Dues for 2009 will be $22.05 per household.

Special Assessment will be $47.55 per household.

Dues and Special Assessment are due March 1 and will be late after April 1

The Board of Directors has approved the following members as Officers for 2009.

*Note - Officer appointments are valid for one (1) year.

 Important Notice When Selling Your Home

When selling your home, as the registered owner, you are reminded that you are responsible for the following: 

·Seller is responsible for the POAA pack ($100.00 check made payable to Lord’s Property Management)

·Seller is responsible for current portion of and any past due Home Owners Association (HOA) dues. (check made payable to Silver Oaks HOA)

·Buyer is responsible for the current transfer fee ($25.00) to be paid at settlement (check made payable to Silver Oaks HOA)

·Buyer is responsible for their portion of the current year HOA fees to be paid at settlement.  (check made payable to Silver Oaks HOA)

Changes/Improvements to the Exterior of your Home

All exterior changes/improvements must be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

In some cases Town and/or County permits may be required.

If you are planning any of the following please note that permits are required:

·replacing an existing porch or deck

·changing a window to a door

·a retaining wall

·a garage
